SMART PROGRAM
The SMART (Suburban
Maryland AIDS Reduction Team) program
is a five-year, CDC-funded cooperative

targets African Americans. However, services are available

SMART services include street

Wednesday (on a walk-in basis only) from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
with the last test given at 5:30 PM at the Clinic.
Anonymous or confidential testing for HIV can also be scheduled
