SMART PROGRAM
The SMART (Suburban
Maryland AIDS Reduction Team) program
is a five-year, CDC-funded cooperative
agreement promoting HIV/AIDS prevention in Suburban Maryland

workshops, individual HIV risk reduction counseling, peer
educator training and a speaker's bureau. Appointments are not necessary for HIV testing.
